YOUR ROLE
- Develop change management strategy and activation plans for new programs, platforms and tools, with responsibility for key stakeholder communications and seller engagement
- Develop and manage strategic sales programs, such as Social Selling, Voice of Sales, Sales Councils, and Sales Rewards
- Establish program performance targets and provide leadership updates
- Partner with dx and business teams to ensure program and tool optimization
- Manage relationships and contracts with external Sales Enablement partner/vendors
- Develop and manage the sales enablement programs budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to AQS financial targets
- Develop Sales Enabement program strategies aligned with overall Sales Excellence vision and strategy
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to leverage in business
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales or marketing
- Proven track record in managing complex projects in multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience developing launch communications with global activation
- Out-of-the-box thinker with ability to influence peers and managers
- Proactive and independent working style
- Strong stakeholder management as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player who enjoys working in a challenging and exciting environment
- Fluent English language skills
