YOUR ROLE

• Innovation strategy execution with focus on Innovation Project Management
• Shaping the Innovation Project Portfolio within Planview, Gatekeeping and Adhesive Development Process
• Leadership, Management & Development of Innovation Project Management Organization
• Build and Manage Innovation ecosystem
• Ensure fulfillment of performance, quality, and cost product requirements
• Driving culture – creating and shaping an innovative, collaborative, and inspiring working culture
• Coaching & developing people – create a highly motivated, professional and skilled team

YOUR SKILLS

• Master Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business Administration
• At least 5+ years experience/certification in Innovation Project Management in automotive sector 
• Deep Understanding of quality standards environment (IATF 16949)
• Experience working in international and multi-cultural environment
• Strong leadership skills: drives, convinces and develops individuals and teams
• Strong commercial and strategic skills
• Fluent verbal & written communication in English
