YOUR ROLE

• Work closely with the innovation teams to understand user pain points, challenges and facilitate to build user stories
• Identify, review, prioritize feature ideas and build proof of concept (POC) digital solutions
• Work with the Henkel internal technology team to build and scale up the POC digital solutions from concept development to full implementation
• Support with standardization of digital innovation data collection across strategic business units and locations
• Assist with internal Henkel technology team to drive increased data leverage in new areas

YOUR SKILLS

• Student in the field of engineering, computer science, information technology and related field
• Relevant practical experience in digital projects and/or change management
• Fluent in English language skills, German language is an advantage
• Experience in software development (Python, Javascript, MySQL, etc.), REST APIs, product management or other software roles is nice to have
• Tech-savvy and passionate about IT and digital transformation
• Excellent analytical skills combined with strategic thinking

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
