YOUR ROLE

• Are you interested in creating value from data?

• Your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining a variety of data solutions, from analytics reporting pipelines to projects in data science, including GenAI applications

YOUR SKILLS

• Master’s degree in data engineering, data science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in data engineering or data science, showcasing a history of developing and managing extensive data infrastructures
• Proficiency in Python and a good understanding of the Azure cloud ecosystem, with a focus on cloud-based data solutions and services
• A strong base in software engineering principles, including familiarity with code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices
• Demonstrated skills in data modeling, feature engineering, and managing model lifecycles, with practical experience in MLFlow or similar platforms
• Knowledge of finance principles is a plus, providing additional value in understanding and supporting financial data analysis and reporting within Henkel
• Excellent English communication skills, both in writing and speaking, to facilitate productive collaboration in an international team setting
