YOUR ROLE

• You lead the Metal Forming Product and Application Development team within the Adhesive Metals Component SBU “AMC”
• You manage and actively work on development projects and technical customer service requests for the Metal Forming technology area
• You develop and implement strategic plans for product development aligned with market needs and business goals.
• You collaborate successfully with diverse teams such as sales, marketing, manufacturing and quality, to integrate different insights and ensure a holistic approach to product development and solution finding
• You manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

YOUR SKILLS

• Master or PhD in chemical engineering / chemistry
• Around 5 years of relevant work experiences
• Enthusiasm for technology and a passion for working in dynamic, diverse teams with a clear drive to achieve
• Strong Leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting
• Flexibility to navigate uncertainties and thrive in a constantly evolving business landscape
• English language as a must, German language of advantage
