YOUR ROLE

• Be part of a highly dynamic team setting the direction for the next gen e-Mobility developments
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Automotive Components Sustainability Strategy jointly with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and to identify new business opportunities
• Manage a broad set of projects and workstreams that deep dive into the most urgent matters for e-Mobility of today and of the future
• Drive your own projects and support strategic cross-functional initiatives on sustainability topics, such as portfolio sustainability assessment and sustainability upskilling
• Work with industry experts for battery design, battery safety, simulation & sustainability on the most exciting challenges of this fast changing and growing market segment
• Drive customer engagement by working with customer-facing teams to identify new collaboration opportunities and support customer meetings
• Be involved in exciting new product & technology development projects and support the teams in the launch towards the market
• Understand the market by running own research and analysis of market trends, business models, competitor landscape and financial reports
• Support the global management team by running monthly business management reports and support in creating standard and ad hoc presentations

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Sustainability or other technical field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in B2B business or strategy consulting
• Preferably experience in e-mobility or automotive sector
• Well organized and ambitious person with excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills with strong capabilities in complex problem solving
• Open-minded, flexible, and self-motivated team player able to manage cross-regional and matrix organization-based relationships
• Fluent English language skills, German is beneficial
