YOUR ROLE

• Define and execute the global technology strategy & roadmap, translating future market trends into innovation, sustainability, cost, manufacturing, procurement, and supply needs
• Support global business cases for innovations, manufacturing footprint optimizations, capacity expansions and business model definition
• Define and create alignment on key strategic Initiatives throughout across functions, cross-leveraging and steering execution of identified opportunities
• Provide market and commercial direction through drivers and demand into supply chain network design, innovation roadmap and purchasing strategy
• Optimize product profitability and cost-of-goods projects on a global level in alignment with Product Management
• Establish technology assessments and definition providing global guidance & assignment
• Support developments of process, tools and frameworks for the overarching organization

YOUR SKILLS

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or other relevant field
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in international industrial business including proven strategic thinking, complex problem-solving and end-to-end ownership
• Stakeholder management - ability to persuasively and diplomatically communicate and influence across all levels of the enterprise up to and including the Adhesive Executive Committee and with external partners at all levels
• Strong technical knowledge combined strategic thinking
• Data analysis to draw conclusions, proficient in Excel, experience with Power-bi preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 20% in Europe, Americas and Asia-Pacific
• Fluent English language skills
