YOUR ROLE

• Define & develop the category strategy globally and ensures the category works with the multi brands globally, in line with overall Henkel & BU strategy
• Develop executional elements and guidelines to ensure effectiveness and relativity for end users & brand differentiation for Henkel
• Create, develop and launch innovation based on unique end user definitions and insights, steering communication & execution(POS / Toolbox development) & formula development with PD, packaging development.
• Initiate and drive relevant Cost of Good savings and complexity reduction activities
• Support Manufacturing: Supply and sourcing footprint, key projects and mitigations
• Support trademark protection & participate, and or lead cross-category projects

YOUR SKILLS

• Master’s degree in Management, Engineering or Science
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in local/regional and preferably also international brand management, in a FMCG company
• Proven expertise and track record in consumer marketing
• Creative and innovative marketer with the ability to interpret insights and think outside of the box
• Entrepreneurship, dynamic, high-potential, – a “go-getter” and self-motivated
• Flexible team-player with a positive attitude
• Fluent English language skills
