YOUR ROLE

• Ability to shape and drive the strategy of the fastest growing market segment in SBU Automotive Components, with high double-digit growth year-on-year
• Lead a team of 2 FTEs
• Co-lead the Fuel-the-Future Team, a team of technical battery experts set up with start-up mentality to identify and grow in new applications, e.g., fire protection pads, fire protection coatings, sustainable battery, different battery cell technologies & designs, etc.
• Drive regional implementation of global strategy in collaboration with Regional Market Segment Heads and Business Development Managers
• Direct exposure to large customers, e.g., OEMs and T1s
• Significant exposure within SBU Leadership Team, and upwards

YOUR SKILLS

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, thereof preferably at least 3 years in a strategy consultancy or in the strategy department of a large multinational corporation
• 2-3 years of commercial experience in Electronics or Automotive industry (preferably in field of Automotive Batteries) 
• Excellent ability to thrive in uncertain and fast-moving market environment, with propensity to challenge existing status quo and bringing a play-to-win mindset
• Abe to lead and hold business and innovation teams accountable for project deliverables through influence rather than direct reporting lines
• Prior team leadership experience
• Team player with high level of motivation
• Fluent English language skills
