YOUR ROLE

• Ensure robust product compliance governance and enforcement
• Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures for the entire adhesives technologies product portfolio
• Enforce regulatory standards across all product lines in alignment with the Global Product Compliance Head for Adhesive Technologies
• Conduct independent reviews and assessments to ensure adherence to product compliance standards
• Plan and execute compliance audits to assess the effectiveness of policies & procedures compliance controls
• Collaborate with various departments and lead projects to ensure adherence to compliance requirements while mitigating risks associated with non-compliance
• Develop and deliver product compliance training programs on mindset and best practices

YOUR SKILLS

• Master degree in Business Administration, Legal, Engineering or similar
• 5 years of experience in Audit, Consulting, Riskmanagement, Compliance, Governance or similar roles
• Very good project management skills
• Knowledge about quality and risk management principles
• Strong ability to establish common ground with stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English
• Location flexible within Europe
