YOUR ROLE

  • You are responsible for hosting customer visits at the Inspiration Center Düsseldorf, where you manage the customer-centric visits with a highly inspiring on-site experience capturing Henkel Adhesive's broad technology portfolio and addressing it to different stakeholders
  • Orchestrate all phases of the visit (pre-visit, visit, post-visit) together with sales and R&D experts
  • Generate long-term innovation ideas and build up collaboration with our technical experts  
  • Develop strategies to ensure consistent customer experiences across the full End-to-End Customer Journey  
  • Identify content gaps and enhancements, and develop new cross-selling opportunities for sales enablement
  • Develop systematic approaches and programs to map the Customer Journey and deploy customer-centric content (e.g. Companion App) 
  • Develop 2.0 exhibitions with new inspirational methods (Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence) that provide proofpoints to our customers and build new permanent exhibition stories
  • Support external short- and long-term marketing communications to capture market trends and build-up thought leadership  

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree with a major in marketing or communications
  • Minimum five years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience with common business and office tools as well as using them for professional marketing and communication work
  • Solid understanding of customer journeys for customer centric approaches
  • Affinity to build up technical / engineering knowledge
  • Excellent English and German language skills, both spoken and written
