YOUR ROLE

• Drive development and implementation of Industrials Sustainability strategy in selected markets jointly with the commercial teams and other functions to drive new business opportunities
• Lead strategic cross-functional projects on sustainability topics, such as portfolio sustainability assessment and sustainability upskilling
• Consult internal stakeholders on sustainability impact of existing portfolio and potential innovation opportunities
• Drive customer engagement by working with customer-facing teams to identify new collaboration opportunities 
• Represent Adhesives Industrials Sustainability team at customer events and conferences

YOUR SKILLS

• Master’s degree in business/strategy, sustainability, engineering or a related subject
• 3+ years of work experience, preferably at the interface of business and sustainability
• Technical affinity and at least basic knowledge of different sustainability topics relevant for industrial B2B markets 
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills across different management levels
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
