YOUR ROLE

• Lead a team to drive global cross business innovation programs for Henkel Adhesive Technologies
  
• Identify key strategic priorities in innovation and drive the decision-making process
  
• Shape and drive the sustainability and digitalization & automation agenda in innovation
  
• Define project plans and steer them in alignment with strategic goals
  
• Consult the innovation leadership
  
• Challenge the status quo and come up with new, innovative ways to make an impact 

YOUR SKILLS

• Master’s degree in business administration, strategy or technical professions
  
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experiences
  
• Proven track record in a consultancy firm or inhouse consultancy is a must
  
• Excellent strategic thinking, storytelling and analytical skills
  
• Proven experience in leading transformational projects
  
• Leadership mentality with desire to challenge the status quo
  
• Passion to work in diverse teams and collaborate across boundaries
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities
  
• Proficient oral and written communication in English language
