YOUR ROLE

• Manage / coordinate financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets and analysis reports
• Track KPIs and provide in-depth analysis, give suggestion for the areas to be improved
• Drive and support the business by assisting business leaders to take best informed decisions
• Communicate and present pro-actively controlling topics to General Management and other business contacts
• Provide independent & objective information to ensure a systematic control and strict monitoring of planned objectives
• Ensure compliance/governance ensuring the correct application of internal and external guidelines in terms of Financial Reporting
• Spread financial controlling knowledge and consciousness across the company
• Drive continuous improvement in controlling relevant concepts, processes and tools

YOUR SKILLS

• Top class university degree, preferably with major in Controlling, Finance or Accounting
• Ideally 3-5 years of professional experience in Controlling
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (esp. Excel), good knowledge of BI tools (Sales BI, EPM, Power BI)
• Highly motivated, team oriented person with distinct 'Can-Do' attitude
• Ready to take ownership and responsibility for projects
• Excellent analytical, communication & presentation skills
• International mindset & readiness to work in international teams / settings
• Fluent English language skills
