YOUR ROLE

• Support in steering the global total rewards incentives annual cycles 
• Conduct benchmarking and market analyses related to incentives practices
• Develop communication materials for cycle trainings
• Support coordinating incentive projects in collaboration with other Global HR areas
• Assist in regular reporting to ensure highest data quality

YOUR SKILLS

• Student of business administration, finance, accounting or similar education
• Good English language skills
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Profound communication skills
• Passion for HR and compensation topics
• Availability ideally for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2025. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
